Supervisor HRGA

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management (preferred)
2. Business-level English
3. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including high-volume recruitment
4. Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role
5. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja & regulations), PP & PKB preparation
6. Experience handling employee relations and labor unions (if applicable)
7. Strong HR compliance background
8. Detail-oriented, structured, and strong in documentation & compensation matters
9. Strong Leadership and Proactive Problem Solving skill (Must Have)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, with focus on operational & high-volume hiring
2. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business growth
3. Conduct job analysis and create clear, structured job descriptions
4. Manage employee relations and foster a positive, productive work environment
5. Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations
6. Support workforce quality improvement initiatives
