Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management (preferred)
- Business-level English
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including high-volume recruitment
- Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja & regulations), PP & PKB preparation
- Experience handling employee relations and labor unions (if applicable)
- Strong HR compliance background
- Detail-oriented, structured, and strong in documentation & compensation matters
- Strong Leadership and Proactive Problem Solving skill (Must Have)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, with focus on operational & high-volume hiring
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business growth
- Conduct job analysis and create clear, structured job descriptions
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive, productive work environment
- Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations
- Support workforce quality improvement initiatives
