What we're looking for
Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within villa, resort, hospitality, or property management operations
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, room preparation, linen handling, and inventory control
Ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills will be an advantage
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all villa areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and daily operational checklists for villa operations
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, guest amenities, and cleaning equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
- Train, guide, and support the housekeeping team to maintain consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of villas and facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for guest arrivals
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Guest Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain housekeeping reports, inventory records, and operational documentation as required
