Operational Control: Overseeing daily guest arrivals, departures, and VIP handling. Monitoring room bookings to avoid overbooking and forecasting occupancy.
Team Leadership: Creating and adjusting staff schedules, conducting shift briefings, and mentoring Front Desk Agents.
Guest Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for resolving guest complaints or requests that go beyond standard staff authority.
Financial Duties: Approving transactions like paid-outs, handling housebanks, and ensuring shift deposits and billings are accurate.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences (e.g., room readiness, amenities).
