Supervisor Food & Beverage

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education: High School / Vocational School in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as F&B Supervisor
3. Strong understanding of overall Outlet F&B operations
4. Proficient in basic costing, food cost control, and inventory management
5. Strong knowledge of kitchen SOPs, plating standards, and service flow
6. Firm leadership skills with strong discipline and problem-solving ability
7. Able to work in a target-driven and high-pressure operational environment
8. Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
9. Experienced in team management and shift scheduling
10. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description:

1. Supervise and ensure Outlet operations run according to SOP
2. Control product quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
3. Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste
4. Control daily stock and coordinate with the Purchasing team
5. Organize and ensure team readiness before operations (briefing & closing)
6. Conduct team training and performance evaluation
7. Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained according to F&B regulations
8. Handle operational issues and product-related complaints
9. Prepare daily reports related to sales, waste, and operational issues
