- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Solid understanding of outlet operations, sales performance, and team management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to maintain high service quality.
- Experienced in handling outlet operations and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
