Job Responsibility
• Oversee all aspects of Floor Area in Naked Papa.
• Handle employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and coordinate general affairs activities.
• Manage facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
Qualifications
• Diploma's degree in any majors.
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in F&B Service, Restaurant, Hotel, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of how to service customer nicely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Able to be placed in Non-Halal outlet.
