Deskripsi pekerjaan Supervisor Fit-Out Interior PT. Sentra Solusi Bangsa
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site interior fit-out activities to ensure compliance with working drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Ensure that all on-site work meets the approved design, working drawings, and established quality standards.
- Review and assist in revising working drawings and shop drawings based on actual site conditions and project requirements.
- Identify technical issues on-site and coordinate corrective actions to prevent delays to the project schedule.
- Monitor material requirements, ensure compliance with material specifications, and coordinate material approval submissions.
- Supervise interior installation activities to ensure compliance with working drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
- Ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timeline and budget, in accordance with project specifications and applicable safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, and restaurants).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting working drawings and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of interior materials and specifications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills. .
