Job Description :
• Monitoring all incoming and outgoing funds, ontime payments according to payment schedule.
• Maintain cash allocation for trade and non trade payment.
• Support all division for operational such as cash advance, process urgent payment base on situation and evaluation.
• Maintain good relationship with bank and other finance instituation.
• Ensure Financial transactions are authorized, recorded, filed with adequate supporting documents.
• Organize to archive supporting document of all transactions in good manner.
• Review monthly closing.
• Doing monthly report needed by Management and Head quarter.
• Doing forecast and Budgeting.
• Monitor AR and AP.
• Other work assign from Superior.
Requirements :
-Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
-Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
-Brevet A & B Certificate Highly recommended.
-Experience in any financial role .
-Proficiency in English both, written and spoken.
-Understand of budgeting, short and long term.
-In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
-Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.
-Strong leadership.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Excellent teamwork skills.
-Interpersonal relationship skills.
-Accustomed to using Accurate, Myob
