Responsible for helping the restaurant meet SERVICE, SALES, and PROFITABILTY objectives. In order to do so you will be in direct contact with the GM, supervise the floor team and build a strong communication with other departments.
A good SERVICE means making customers happy through: fast service; good staff (skilled, well trained, efficient, groomed, good contact with customers); product quality; clean area.
