b) Office Hour (Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00)
c) Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
d) Hire and onboard new employees
e) Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
f) Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
g) Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
h) Measure performance with key metrics
i) Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
j) Keep management informed on issues and problems
k) Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual results and performance reports
b) Berpengalaman sebagai Team Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Manager minimal 6 bulan
○ Diutamakan berpengalaman di bidang Desk Collection
c) Superb communication, interaction and negotiation skills
d) Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures (Desk Collection)
e) A results-oriented approach
f) Excellent organizational and leadership skills
g) Ability to work under pressure
h) Familiar dengan Office Program (Ms. Excel and Google Sheet is a must)
i) Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
j) Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
