REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proven experience as an interior designer or in a similar role, typically ranging from 2-3 years
- understanding of design principles, color theory, spatial arrangements, and lighting design.
- Demonstrated creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in English is a must Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva and AI image generator.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and present design concepts to clients using mood boards and 3D renderings.
- Willing to work out of the office and out of town for meetings or site surveys, etc.
- Research and purchase furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), including lighting and accessories.
- Able to provide cost calculations for project needs
- Coordinate with other parties, if necessary, carry out site visits/field visits.
- Understand ergonomic furniture, including sizes and functions.
