- Assist the Lead in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations.
- Act as the Lead's representative in their absence, making decisions and managing tasks as needed.
- Monitor team performance and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Track progress on tasks and report updates to the Lead.
- Assist in the prioritization of tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members and ensure they understand their roles.
- Work with the Lead to implement improvements in processes and workflows.
- Maintain records of team activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
