As the Production Team Leader with the title Supervisor Coating, you will be responsible for overseeing daily coating operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your key duties will include managing the team on the floor, troubleshooting issues related to Injection Molding Machine Repair, and ensuring that all cosmetic specifications are maintained through effective use of Injection Cosmetologist techniques. You will also play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring Manufacturing Execution System (MES) protocols while providing strong Team Management guidance to support your staff in achieving production targets and maintaining a positive work environment.

We invite candidates who hold an Associate Degree education level and possess between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience to apply for this position.
