Lead stable coal flow and loading execution at the jetty
What You'll Handle
- Execute and control daily shift operations at the jetty based on approved coal handling and loading plans.
- Monitor coal flow, conveyor operation, loading rate/TPH, and equipment readiness to achieve shift targets.
- Coordinate Foreman, Mooring Crew, Port Helper, and Weighbridge Operator to ensure smooth loading execution.
- Respond to operational disruptions including blockage, spillage, belt misalignment, equipment trip, and loading delays.
- Report shift performance, operational issues, and follow-up actions to support continuous and safe operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine/Port Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in CHF, jetty/port operations, or bulk material handling 807D
- Able to interpret operational data, loading performance, equipment status, and shift targets.
- Strong understanding of conveyor system, coal flow management, loading operation, and common operational issues, also coordination skills to optimize operational performance, cost efficiency, and equipment utilization.
