Qualification Supervisor Central Kitchen
- 2–3 years of experience in a central kitchen or F&B production coffee shop preferred
- Strong understanding of food and beverage processing, quality control, and food safety (HACCP).
- Experienced in managing large-scale production operations.
- Capable of handling inventory, stock control, and reducing waste.
- Skilled in using coffee machines, controling calibration, and conducting cupping.
- Strong communication and problem-solving
- Ability to lead and manage a production team skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
