JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop creative concepts to support the company's branding and marketing initiatives.
2. Establish and maintain creative guidelines and visual standards to ensure brand consistency.
3. Ensure all artworks and visual materials are production-ready and meet required specifications.
4. Review and approve final artworks before publication or production.
5. Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to execute visual campaigns effectively.
6. Develop creative assets for digital campaigns and promotional activities.
7. Ensure all visual campaign deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline.
8. Manage the creative team's workload to ensure efficiency and productivity.
9. Conduct briefings, provide direction, and review design outputs to maintain quality standards.
10. Ensure design files comply with production requirements and printing machine specifications.
11. Minimize design revisions and production errors through effective quality control processes.
