Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across TikTok GMV Max, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads to achieve sales and ROAS targets.
- Analyze daily campaign performance data to determine optimization strategies and actionable plans.
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, GMV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CVR, ad spend, and revenue across campaigns.
- Optimize daily bids and budgets based on campaign and product-category performance.
- Efficiently allocate budgets by shifting spend from underperforming campaigns to higher-performing campaigns based on real-time data.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining ROAS stability and advertising cost efficiency.
- Conduct consistent A/B testing across creatives, audiences, hooks, copy, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Develop and test audience segments based on TikTok, TTMS, customer behavior, and marketplace insights.
- Collaborate with the Marcom/Creative team to prepare advertising assets including videos, banners, hooks, copies, and creative variations.
- Provide data-driven creative briefs to ensure advertising materials align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Synchronize advertising schedules with marketplace campaigns, payday promotions, double-date campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand events.
- Evaluate products and campaigns to determine which should be scaled, maintained, optimized, or discontinued.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights, identified issues, and recommended next actions.
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience testing, campaign structures, creative angles, and new advertising channels.
General Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, Media Buying, or similar roles, preferably within e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok GMV Max, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of the advertising funnel from Awareness and Consideration to Conversion and Retargeting.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics including ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CVR, AOV, GMV, CAC, and frequency.
- Ability to interpret data and make fast, data-driven campaign optimization decisions.
- Strong understanding of budget allocation, bidding, campaign scaling, retargeting, audience segmentation, and creative testing strategies.
- Experience managing advertising for marketplace/e-commerce businesses, especially TikTok Shop and D2C brands, is highly preferred.
- Ability to identify winning products, winning creatives, and winning audiences from campaign data.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and advertising dashboards.
- Possess a data-driven, analytical, commercially oriented, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic sales and advertising performance targets.
- Proactive in running tests and optimizations without relying solely on instructions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with Creative, Marcom, Marketplace, Affiliate, and Commercial teams.
