FAT SUPERVISOR
Job description:
Responsible for monitoring taxation activities.
Handled FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax)
Monitoring monthly expenses.
Overseeing financial statements.
Monitoring accounting transactions on monthly basis and report to management
Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company’s targets.
Work with accounting outsourcing to submit financial reports on BOI system.
Coordinate with accounting outsourcing to submit the statutory report monthly and annually.
Forecast year-end P&L for management.
Balance sheet accounts reconciliation matters and oversee year end Financial statements and CIT
Update the expense claim process and train new accounting policy. (If need)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above more than 5 years of experience in the field of accounting.
Able to speak bilingual languages English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
Experience communicating and working with other colleagues.
Have a growth mindset
Experience in e-commerce or warehousing or working with ERP systems will be an advantage
BOI knowledge will be an advantage
Have experience on account systems (Peak. Flow account, etc.)
