Job Description
- Prepare and review monthly accounting reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure all accounting and costing activities are completed according to deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory costs to support lean operations.
- Analyze raw material cost fluctuations and their impact on production costs.
- Review and evaluate costs related to rejected or damaged materials.
- Support costing analysis and provide recommendations for cost efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting and Costing within a manufacturing company or related.
- Experience handling audits and working with external auditors.
- Strong understanding of inventory costing, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
