We are seeking a creative, passionate, and dedicated Art & Design Teacher to teach at the Primary Secondary and Advanced levels. The ideal candidate should be able to inspire students’ creativity while developing their artistic skills in a structured and engaging learning environment, and possess active English proficiency to support a bilingual or international school setting.
Job Description
- Lesson Plan Implementation: Implementing structured and engaging Art & Design lessons in accordance with the curriculum for Primary and Secondary levels.
- Use of English in Instruction: Using English as a supporting instructional language in teaching, classroom discussions, and academic communication.
- Creative and Skill Development: Developing students’ creativity, artistic expression, and technical skills through various art media and techniques.
- Classroom Management: Creating a conducive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages creativity and active participation.
- Art Projects and Activities: Organising and supporting art projects, exhibitions, and school events related to Art & Design.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing student progress reports and maintaining learning administration accurately and on time in accordance with school procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Art Education, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
- Active English proficiency (spoken and written) for instructional and academic communication purposes.
- Teaching experience at the Primary, Secondary, Advanced level is an advantage.
- Experience teaching within an international curriculum is a plus/preferred.
- Strong artistic skills and knowledge of various art techniques and media.
- Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and high professional ethics and responsibility.

Monday – Friday: 07.00 – 16.30 WITA
