Deskripsi pekerjaan SUBCON FABRIC PROCESSING SUPERVISOR PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years in the Textile Industry, including 3 years in fabric processing or textile production.
- Good knowledge of fabric materials, fabric processing (knitting, dyeing, etc.), fabric purchasing, and quality standards.
- Experience working with subcon manufacturers (textile suppliers).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage subcon manufacturers and external fabric processing suppliers.
- Handle fabric processing orders and monitor production, quality, and delivery.
- Resolve supplier, production, quality, and delivery issues.
- Ensure processed fabrics meet company and buyer requirements.
- Maintain processing records and improve subcon's performance.
