Deskripsi pekerjaan Study Abroad Consultant (lokasi PIK 2) PT HJS Nihonejento Indonesia
As a Study Abroad Consultant at HJS Education, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad. You will provide expert advice, assist with applications, and help students achieve their academic and career goals by identifying suitable programs and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Provide advice on suitable study destinations, programs, universities, and scholarship opportunities.
Application Support: Assist students in completing university applications, including documentation and essay support. Guide students through the visa application process and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and educational institutions abroad. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate promotional activities, seminars, and events.
Marketing & Promotion: Develop marketing strategies to promote study abroad programs, including creating content for social media and other digital platforms. Participate in educational fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of student profiles, applications, and communication logs in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to management on student progress and market trends.
Qualifications:
Female, Chinese.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the education consultancy or related industry.
Strong knowledge of study abroad processes, especially for Japan, Singapore, and other popular destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with visa regulations and application procedures.
