Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in wellness studio or hospitality
- Strong people-leadership and organizational skills
- Experienced in managing multiple location (a plus)
- Comfortable coordinating with people across department
- Passion for yoga/wellness
Responsibility:
- Building and managing our studio community
- Coordinating with our marketing team on community events, content, campaigns, and promotions
- Leading, scheduling, recruiting (when needed) admin/front-desk staff
- Managing teacher relationships and class scheduling
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports for management
