Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or related industry
– Leadership & problem-solving skills
– Comfortable handling scheduling, operations & customer relations
– Familiar with basic admin & Google Workspace
– Fluent English is a plus
Responsibilities:
— Manage day-to-day studio operations
— Handle class scheduling & operational coordination
— Supervise front desk & studio team
— Ensure premium customer experience & hospitality standards
— Coordinate with vendors / partners / instructors
— Assist with membership administration & reporting
— Help maintain studio ambience, cleanliness, and service quality
— Support studio growth, activations, and community initiatives
