Studio Manager
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Experience in front desk, hospitality, spa, beauty, aesthetics, wellness or customer service management.
- Candidate must be organized, reliable, confident with clients and comfortable managing daily operations in a premium environment.
- 2 years preferred in front desk, hospitality, spa, beauty, wellness or similar customer-facing environment.
- We are currently looking for a Front Desk (Reception) professional based in Bali.
- This position is responsible for front office operations, including guest reception, handling guest complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Brief the team at the start of each shift — priorities, stock status, any special instructions
- Excellent organization and multitasking
- Strong customer service, communication and sales skills
- Leadership, reliability and attention to detail
- English, Bahasa, Someone who also speaks French would be ideal for the manager role.
