Integrated Children’s Academy is currently seeking a passionate, target-driven, and professional individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment & Admission Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the student recruitment and admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Respond promptly to parents’ inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Conduct school tours and provide clear information about programs and facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents
- Achieve student enrollment targets
- Maintain and update student database and admission records
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to support promotional activities and school events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, marketing, or customer service (education industry preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willing to be placed at Integrated Children’s Academy (ICA), Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta
