Deskripsi pekerjaan Structured Cabling Team Lead PT EZSVS Technology Indonesia

🔧 Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily cabling activities (UTP & Fiber Optic)

- Manage installation of cable trays, ladders, racks, and patch panels

- Ensure all work follows approved drawings and project standards

- Supervise testing activities (Fluke, OTDR, Power Meter)

- Manage and coordinate site manpower (50–100 technicians)

- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation

- Ensure proper cable labeling and structured cabling standards

- Maintain safety compliance (PPE, site safety procedures)

🎯 Requirements

- Experience as Team Lead / Supervisor in cabling or data center projects

- Strong knowledge of:

- Fiber Optic (splicing & testing)

- UTP Cat6 / Cat6A / Cat7

- Rack & patch panel management

- Structured cabling systems

- Able to read and execute based on technical/shop drawings

- Experience managing large teams on-site

- Familiar with project documentation (daily report, as-built, etc.)
