Deskripsi pekerjaan Strategic Sourcing Specialist Pt Murni Solusindo Nusantara
We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to find, evaluate, and secure the technology products, components, and partners behind our growth. You'll cover the full sourcing spectrum: scouting new principals and negotiating partnerships, and also running day-to-day purchasing of spare parts. Your job is to make sure everything we source fits market demand, customer needs, and our technical standards.
What You'll Do
Strategic Sourcing & Partner Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard technology vendors, principals, manufacturers, and distributors across ICT, hardware, software, and spare parts, assessing each on quality, reliability, and total landed cost.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts and partnership agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and technology partners.
Market & Product Intelligence
- Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competing products to find new sourcing and portfolio opportunities.
- Turn customer requirements and feedback from sales and presales into sourcing priorities.
- Share market insights with management and product teams.
Procurement Execution
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from purchase requisition to goods receipt, including procurement through e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with R&D on spare-part testing results and technical requirements, and document the sourcing and testing process for compliance and traceability.
- Align purchasing with operational needs across engineering, warehouse, and finance.
- Maintain sourcing and purchase record databases.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred), or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
- Proven experience sourcing directly from manufacturers, factories, or distributors, including evaluating suppliers on total landed cost (Incoterms, import duties, lead times)
- Solid understanding of the procurement cycle from purchase requisition to goods receipt.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Professional English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Nice-to-Have
- Mandarin proficiency, for direct communication with manufacturers and principals.
- Experience sourcing ICT, hardware, software, or digital solutions.
- Background in the manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of IT solutions such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Experience with Accurate or another ERP system.
