Job Description:
- Proposal Crafting: End-to-end development of pitch proposals, including research, creative concepts, and implementation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Project Managers, Creative, and Broadcast departments to ensure concepts are visually stunning, technically feasible, and budget-friendly.
- Market Intelligence: Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor movements, and audience behavior to provide data-driven insights.
- Brand Strategy: Translating complex client briefs into cohesive and compelling event narratives that align with the brand’s identity.
- Multi-Project Management: Handling multiple proposal developments simultaneously within a fast-paced "Event Organizer" workload.
- Bilingual Pitching: Leading pitch presentations in both English and Indonesian to diverse client portfolios.
- Post-Pitch Refinement: Iterating and adjusting proposals based on client feedback while maintaining the core strategic integrity.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in any relevant field. Major in Business, Communication or Creative is preferable.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Creative Strategist in an Agency, Event Organizer, or Brand Activation firm. Fresh Graduate are welcome with minimum knowledge in proposal making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Adaptability: Highly versatile in providing fresh and relevant ideas across various project types and industries.
- Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling abilities and a natural problem-solving mindset.
- Reliability: Highly organized with a strict commitment to deadlines and the ability to maintain quality under high-pressure environments.
- Niche Knowledge (Plus Point): Deep understanding of or a strong passion for the Gaming and Esports industry.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in presentation software (Google Slides or PowerPoint) with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Additionals: Willingness to be hands-on and directly manage or handle specific roles and tasks during project execution when necessary.
