We’re looking for a Strategic Planner who can turn client briefs, research, and cultural insights into clear strategic directions for the creative team.
What You’ll Do
- Understand client briefs, business needs, and campaign objectives.
- Research audiences, competitors, trends, and cultural conversations.
- Find relevant insights that can lead to strong creative ideas.
- Develop communication strategies, campaign directions, and creative briefs.
- Work closely with Account and Creative teams from brief to presentation.
- Help build the story and rationale behind ideas and recommendations.
- Support pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Review creative work and make sure it stays connected to the strategy.
- Stay updated on culture, consumer behavior, brands, and trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3–5 years of experience in strategy, planning, branding, advertising, or a similar field.
- Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
- Able to simplify a lot of information into a clear point of view.
- Curious about people, culture, trends, and brands.
- Comfortable presenting and discussing ideas with clients and internal teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident in sharing opinions.
