Accounting Manager
**Embr Steak & Grills Uluwatu** is looking for an experienced **Accounting Manager** to lead our finance and accounting operations.
Job Description
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
* Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
* Develop and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial reporting systems.
* Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum **7 years of experience** in Accounting or Finance, with at least **3 years in a managerial position**.
* Previous experience in the **Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel, or F&B industry** is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
* Proficient in accounting software such as **Xero**, Accurate, or other ERP systems.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in both **Bahasa Indonesia and English**.
* High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
