About

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to help grow strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare institutions, government stakeholders, corporate partners, and international organizations while introducing the company’s digital health solutions.

You will also work closely with internal teams to identify business opportunities, develop partnership strategies, and support the expansion of our healthcare technology initiatives, including SMILE Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, government institutions, BPJS, corporate partners, and international organizations/NGOs.
  • Introduce and promote the company’s digital health solutions, including SMILE Indonesia.
  • Identify new opportunities for Software Development services and customized IT solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and partnership discussions with prospective clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Support partnership initiatives and communication with international stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and digital health regulations, including SatuSehat.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Strategic Partnership, or similar roles.
  • Experience or network within healthcare institutions, hospitals, BPJS, Ministry of Health, or corporate sectors is preferred.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of technology solution selling or software development services.
  • Familiar with digital health ecosystems, SIMRS, or healthcare regulations such as SatuSehat.
  • Able to work in a target-driven and collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HealthTech, Software House, or IT Consulting industries.
  • Understanding of hospital workflows or occupational health systems.
  • Experience working with international projects, grants, or NGOs.
  • Ability to communicate business value and ROI-driven solutions to clients.
