Job Requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the same position. F&B, hospitality, or administration is preferred.
- Good understanding of food & beverage receiving and storage procedures.
- Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and stocktaking.
- Experience with systems, VHP is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle deliveries and stock movement.
- Have a strong background in the FnB or Hospitality Industry.
- Strong adaptability with different and fast-paced environments.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
