Deskripsi pekerjaan Store Training Specialist PT Kami Gawi Berjaya
Job Descriptions:
- Plan, analyze, and conduct training programs for store staff
- Create and develop training modules/materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support both in-person and virtual training initiatives
- Ensure the training program is in line with store needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and make improvements as needed
- Build strong working relationships with store staff and encourage active participation in training programs
- Work closely with other divisions or departments to identify training needs, determine areas for improvement, and align training initiatives with the company's strategic goals
- Create training activity reports
Requirements:
- Female, max. 30 years old
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Psychology, or related field
- Having min. 2-4 years of working experience as a trainer
- Having experience in the retail fashion industry is preferred
- Understanding of retail operations
- Strong public speaking, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Willing to work mobile when needed
