Deskripsi pekerjaan Store Supervisor First Crack Coffee

Oversee and monitor all front and back of the cafe & restaurant operations
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in hospitality/tourism).
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage especially in Coffee Industry
Willing to work on holidays
Passionate in FnB or Coffee Industry
Flexible work placement
