As we expand our operations, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor help lead and support the daily operations of our outlet in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the daily operations of the outlet store.
- Managing about sales achievements and operational goals.
- Manage and coach outlet staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Monitor sales, service quality, and store presentation.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience in alignment with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain operational efficiency, cleanliness, and safety in the store.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with the team and coordinate with relevant departments for store needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations (Dessert Shop/Bakery), ideally in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of training and mentoring team members to meet service standards.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Available to start immediately is highly preferred.
- Will be placement at both store (Mobile for Central Park & Blok M)
