Store Supervisor (FOH) – Moos Cafe

Lead the Team. Create Great Experiences.

About Moos

Moos is a café built around great products, great people, and great experiences.

We’re looking for a Store Supervisor (FOH) who enjoys working with people, loves hospitality, and can keep the team moving when the café gets busy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the FOH team during daily shifts.
  • Make sure our guests receive friendly, fast, and great service and hospitality.
  • Brief and coach the team to deliver Moos' service standards.
  • Keep an eye on the floor — service flow, cleanliness, ambience, and guest experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and solve problems on the spot.
  • Coordinate with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Captain, or Shift Leader is a plus.
  • A natural people person who enjoys leading a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm, proactive, and hands-on.
  • Passionate about creating a great customer experience.
