Qualifications:
- Minimum high school, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and problem-solving oriented.
- Willing to work shifts and be placed at any company operational location.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations in accordance with company SOPs.
- Lead & evaluate store teams to achieve sales targets & service excellence.
- Ensure stock availability, product displays, and store cleanliness.
- Serve Mandarin-speaking customers and maintain relationships with agents and tour leaders.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and train team members.
