Key Responsibilities
Product Creation & Assembly: Fabricate, assemble, and finish products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before they reach the store.
Marketing & Promotion: Actively promote products through engaging storytelling, demonstrations, and customer interactions, both in-person and online, to drive sales.
Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers in fluent English to explain product features, benefits, and customization options.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking materials and supplies, reporting shortages, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Collaboration: Work closely with store staff and management to align on product availability, promotions, and customer feedback.
