Store Staff (URS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns).
• Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures.
• Organize shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy.
• Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards.

Essentials Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree with min. GPA 3.00 (Preferred).
• Work experiences, prefereably in fashion retail.
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed.
