Qualifications:

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
  • Min. 3 years experience in production/office management
  • Background in fashion, accessories, or handcrafted products is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English
  • Available full-time (Monday-Friday)
  • Coordinate with artisans, suppliers, and vendors
  • Manage production schedules, timelines, quality control
  • Handle daily office operations and documentation
  • Support purchasing, scheduling, and team communications
