Deskripsi pekerjaan Store Operations Feal.
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of Feal’s online stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Sociolla, including product listing and order management and inventory monitoring.
- Ensure product details, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and updated.
- Handle customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Coordinate logistics and streamline order fulfilment in partnership with our warehouse management vendor.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to other fulfilment needs, such as packaging and PR packages for KOLs.
Requirement
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce operations, retail, or logistics.
- Deep understanding with online marketplaces like Shopee and Sociolla.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
