Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, including product data, barcodes, and price labeling
- Monitor inventory accuracy across stores and warehouse
- Coordinate stock transfers, stock opname, stock reallocation, and stock discrepancy checks.
- Handle stock preparation, picking, packing, and delivery to stores.
- Manage store operational administration, documentation, and attendance reports.
- Coordinate store maintenance and support store events and new store openings.
- Assist with sales monitoring and prepare weekly sales and inventory reports.
- Support Coffee operations when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience in retail operations, inventory, or warehouse administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling and moving stock.
Willing to travel between stores in South Jakarta and Central Jakarta and work on weekends or public holidays when required.Flexibility: Ability to work a 6/1 work schedule (including weekends and holidays) and work mobile to travel between sites as needed
