Key Responsibilities :
1.Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies and standards.
2.Team Leadership
Lead, train, and develop store managers and staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
3.Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
4.Sales and Profitability
Monitor sales, implement strategies to achieve targets, and manage the store's budget to ensure profitability.
5.Inventory and Supply Chain
Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
6.Health, Safety, and Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and local laws.
7.Financial Management
Oversee operational budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to ensure the store’s profitability.
8.Marketing and Promotions
Implement marketing campaigns and promotions, track their effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.
9.Store Maintenance and Equipment
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of store equipment and facilities.
10.Reporting and Analysis
Provide regular performance reports and use data to make informed operational decisions.
11.Strategic Planning and Expansion
Collaborate on strategic plans for store growth, expansion, and operational improvements.
Requirements :
-Education:
a)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
b)Certifications in Retail Management or Food Safety are a plus.
-Experience:
a)5+ years work experience from Summer Minibar, Boost Juice, Rejuve, or any other juice brand in Indonesia.
-Skills:
a)Strong leadership and team management skills.
b)In-depth knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and financial oversight.
c)Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
d)Strong communication and analytical skills.
-Technical Skills:
a)Familiar with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
-Language Skills:
Fluent in English
