RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and execute effective promotional strategies to increase brand awareness within the retail market.
- Collaborate with store operations team to ensure all promotional campaigns are aligned with brand goals and executed efficiently.
- Handling brand awareness and developing promotion strategy.
- Formulating the brand strategy through the examination of economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future customer needs and ongoing monitoring.
- Maintaining customer relations through the organization and developing specific customer relations programs.
- Handling social media.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree communication science, marketing, management or related fields.
Have experience 1-3 years in the same position, fresh graduated are welcome to apply. Excellent in English both spoken and written.
- Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn.
- Good Communication & negotiation skill, creative, analytical, well organized and has strong personality.
