* Lead and supervise daily store operations and bar team coordination

* Oversee stock management, inventory control, and product ordering
* Monitor store cleanliness, visual presentation, and operational standards
* Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally
* Coordinate with management regarding sales targets, reports, and store performance
* Support team training, onboarding, and staff development
* Ensure smooth communication between store, bar and management team
