As we continue to grow and expand our presence in Bekasi Selatan, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Store Manager to lead our operations and contribute to the success of our mission.

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining product quality, and managing the team effectively. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, developing sales strategies, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in implementing company standards, training staff, and contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the business.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in store management, restaurant management, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English is essential, as well as strong skills in store operations, coffee shop management, and leadership.
