About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee daily store operations and drive consistent sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail and capable of leading a team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations on a daily basis
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and customer experience
- Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare sales and operational reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Retail Supervisor
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving targets
- Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly target-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Familiar with cashiering systems and cashiering operations
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
