About us
PT. Nusantara Sportindo is one of the official distributors and retailers of Adidas, Puma, Specs products in Indonesia with its head office in Depok City. which started running a retail business in 1997 and was registered as a company in 2007, and currently has 24 stores / outlets spread across the islands of Java, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi and Sumatra.
Qualifications & experience
- Possess Min SMA / SMK
- Have experience in the same field at least 2 years
- Analytical thinking, Adaptable, Communicative, Professional attitude, and Great team player
- Proficient MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Willing to be placed according to the company's needs
Understand Profit and Loss Statements, KPI data and use them to diagnose store strengths and opportunities and to address them effectively.
Allocate store resources for maximum profit impact.
Drive commercialization, while maintaining Brand image.
Understand the positive impact of management's presence on the sales floor (and stockroom or BO) in driving overall store performance and demonstrate exemplary service leadership.
Focus all store team members, activities and processes on meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.
Analyze service data and team service capabilities to continuously improve service.
