We are currently looking for a competent, responsible, target-oriented **Store Manager** with strong leadership skills to join our team in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, aged 28–45 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the retail industry as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or a related position.
- Knowledge of baby and maternity products is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Experienced in managing store operations, sales, customer service, inventory, and employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and result orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Willing to work according to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Description
- Manage overall daily store operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards.
- Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance.
- Lead, supervise, schedule, evaluate, and develop store employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and support business growth.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Manage inventory, stock availability and movement, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock products and coordinate inventory replenishment with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper product displays, excellent customer service, and a clean, safe, and comfortable store environment.
- Ensure the accuracy of store transactions, POS operations, cash management, and sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Head Office and relevant departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, employee performance, and store operations to management.
- Develop B2B sales opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, resellers, distributors, and potential business partners.
- Identify and resolve operational issues independently, efficiently, and effectively.
